The leather wristband is dyed black, which brings out the naturally occurring cracks and marks on the surface of the leather for added texture. A single, white carnelian bead, sewn into the leather band, adds stunning contrast. The striated pattern within the bead has a unique design giving the bracelet an arty feel. The shape of this bracelet gently tapers off at the ends. A metal stud and punched hole are used to fasten the cuff in place. The metal stud can be unscrewed to fit in one of three holes so that you can adjust the size of the wristband.
Over time, as you wear this wristband, the leather will become softer and it will darken, giving it a fabulous broken in, aged look. All of my leather is hand cut, hand sewn and hand assembled which may account for slight imperfections. I like to think it gives each piece its own unique character, to indicate that this leather cuff was crafted by hand.
